State of the School Address (SOSA)
Magnifying Our Strengths, Together

It was first in my four (4) year-stay in Naga Central School I where I thought of relaying my statement in writings by way of a State of the School Address (SOSA).
Much has been said and written about how a school shall go about and what to do to improve the ever-increasing need for modernization and upgrading of the quality of education so that pupils will develop to their fullest potentials.
I have been with the system for quite long now. I dare say that I will do everything in my capacity to effect changes and improvements or rather innovate from the ways we used to have, to what we ought to have. These entail hard work and perseverance to realize the goal – EXCELLENCE.
May I in this respect enumerate the tangible achievements we reap from the rigorous and concerted efforts and cooperation of the teachers and staff, parents and pupils?
Improvement of school structures, beautification and landscape, covered canals and red-brick pathway
FACULTY AND STAFF
Encouragement to teachers for promotion especially to those teachers who were left unmoved for years. A number of the teachers were promoted Teacher II, Teacher III, Master Teacher I and Master Teacher II.
Recognition by garnering International level competition like IMSO, national level competitions such bagged two major awards in the 8th SWEEP Innovation and Excellence Awards of the Doon Po Sa Amin Quest Entries, “Supat kang hinangos ko, Gikan sa basura mo” and “Doot sa salog, Buhay kan Gabos” ; Over-all Champion in FeAT 2012, different competitions and contests sponsored by both regional and division levels like Read-a-thon, Science competition, Skills Olympics and Schools Press Conferences.
ORGANIZATION OF THE NAGA CENTRAL SCHOOL ALUMNI
Celebration of the 100th Foundation Anniversary, Homecoming of the Naga Central School Alumni, which was participated in by different batches.
Let us continue this noble task for our school and our children. Let us cooperate for the good future of our children. No one will help them to become productive citizens but US…. Shared responsibility of the NCS I community and you parents.
